So there is no fuel in town right? Or can we say, there's nothing in town - no fuel, no power, no light, no water, no food, no everything, no nothing.

But there's fuel, right? It's just scarce. There's food, there's water, there's peace, love, honesty, life, nothing and everything, within and without the borders of Nigeria.

As humans, we deal with an illusion of an idea of need; we deceive ourselves to create a sense of hope for a better tomorrow. We cry because we lack things we wouldn't need if we were wealthy.

But there nothing called hope, there's nothing called faith; at least not without hard work, togetherness, love, selflessness and taking responsibility.

This is me, Ayoola Falola, rambling about the situations I cannot change. But I charge you all my fellow compatriots to be selfless for a moment, and look around for the collective good. Stop thinking about how you are going to breakthrough; think about how everyone and everything will breakthrough.

The truth is: no Nigerian is truly successful until Nigeria is successful. Beautiful cars on rugged roads are no achievements. Mikano generator in a neighborhood surrounded with darkness is awful. A wise man amidst fools is going to be destroyed in a stampede.

Fellow Compatriots, let's grow up.
